Hughson Car Accident on East Service Road, Mountain View Road

STANISLAUS COUNTY, Calif., (Oct. 1, 2026) — A major traffic collision involving two vehicles resulted in significant injuries in Hughson on Thursday on East Service Road and Mountain View Road. The traffic accident occurred at approximately 8:33 a.m. on Sept. 30th, according to the California Highway Patrol (CHP).
The crash reportedly involved a BMW and a dually pickup truck. Witnesses described hearing a loud crash followed by the sound of a vehicle spinning. The collision was severe enough to shear a power pole at the scene.
Emergency responders, including paramedics and law enforcement, arrived promptly. The injured parties were provided with medical assistance, though the exact number of individuals injured and the severity of their injuries have yet to be officially detailed by authorities.
