SAN DIEGO COUNTY, Calif. (April 6, 2021) — Hugo Alfredo Ramirez Ramirez, 19, and a 17-year-old boy, both died when a car they were riding in crashed into a ravine in the 28000 block of Lawrence Welk Court in San Marcos.

Additionally, the sedan traveled several hundred feet down a steep ravine, according to the coroner report.
Meanwhile, by the time paramedics were able to reach the vehicle, both Hugo Ramirez and his front passenger had died from their injuries.
Investigators continue to work on the case and a report will be released to family members .
