Major Injury Collision Near Power Plant
Humboldt, CA (August 21, 2022) – At least one person suffered serious injuries following a traffic accident that occurred King Salmon Avenue.
Auto vs. Motorcycle Accident on King Salmon in Humboldt
The Redheaded Blackbelt News reported a man riding a motorcycle collided with another vehicle on King Salmon Avenue near the power plant. Officials said the crash took place Sunday at approximately 1:30 p.m.
When emergency crews arrived at the location, they found the motorcyclist lying on in the middle of the roadway. Responding paramedics immediately attended to the victim. After the evaluation, medical personnel decided to transfer the patient to a hospital for further treatment and evaluation.
Police shut down all lanes of the road to give way to the investigation process. At this time, detectives continue to work to determine exactly how and why the crash happened on King Salmon Avenue.
