HUNTINGTON BEACH, California (October 25, 2016) –– At least one person was injured Tuesday afternoon in a two-vehicle collision on Pacific Coast Highway in front of the AES Power Plant.
The Huntington Beach Fire Department responded to the scene about 1:20 p.m. between a maroon Nissan sedan and a silver sedan. The silver car had major front-end damage and the Nissan suffered major damage on its driver’s side passenger door. The collision took place at the intersection with Newland Street near the entrance to the state beach parking lot.
At least one ambulance was there to transport someone who was hurt in the Nissan, but it’s unknown how many people were injured. Police are investigating the crash to determine liability.
