Multiple Casualty Crash: PCH at Newland Street in Huntington Beach
HUNTINGTON BEACH, Calif. (Sept. 7, 2021) — A Huntington Beach crash on (PCH) Pacific Coast Highway on Labor Day resulted in multiple casualties.
The crash happened about 5:30 p.m. on Sept. 6th at Newland Street, according to the Huntington Beach Fire Department.
A white car crashed into the traffic signal pole at the Huntington Beach intersection, fire officials said.
It’s unknown if there were other motorists involved or if this was a solo-vehicle collision.
Firefighters responded to the scene and transported “multiple people with casualties.”
The Huntington Beach Police Department is heading up the investigation into fault for the crash.
