1 Killed, 1 Seriously Injured in Huntington Beach Crash at Warner and Ash
HUNTINGTON BEACH (February 7, 2020) – A traffic collision killed an elderly woman and seriously injured another near Warner Avenue and Ash Lane on Friday.
According to an article published by The Orange County Register, the fatal accident involving two vehicles took place at about 2 p.m.
Police said a 1997 Saturn driven by a 94-year-old Huntington Beach woman collided for an unknown reason with a silver 2004 Mercedes-Benz.
Car Accident at Warner Avenue and Ash Lane Friday
Paramedics responded to the scene and transported the drivers of both cars to the hospital where the 94-year-old motorist later died.
The operator of the Mercedes, a 86-year-old Santa Ana woman, suffered major injuries upon impact. The names of the deceased and wounded parties have not been yet released.
