HUNTINGTON BEACH, California (November 10, 2016) – A motorcyclist was hospitalized after a hit-and-run crash at Beach Boulevard and Warner Avenue on Thursday evening, according to The Orange County Register.
The collision took place about 7:20 p.m.
As per the article, Huntington Beach police said a motorcycle rider was injured after being struck by a vehicle.
The victim was then transported to a hospital with unspecified injuries that appeared to be non-life-threatening. The name and condition of the patient at this time remained unknown.
Meanwhile, police affirmed that the driver involved did not stop to render aid and fled the scene. The suspect car was described as a green 1990s Ford Explorer SUV.
Authorities are still gathering more information and evidence to locate the hit-and-run motorist.
