UPDATE: Genevieve Ann Hall, 34, of Huntington Beach ID’d by Coroner
HUNTINGTON BEACH, California (April 7, 2014) – A 34-year-old woman was killed Sunday night by a hit-and-run driver at the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Utica Avenue, according to the Huntington Beach Police Department.
About 8:30 p.m. Sunday, police responded to the intersection and found the woman critically injured, but the driver had fled the scene without rendering aid to her. Paramedics transported the victim by ambulance to UCI Medical Center where she was treated for major injuries, but later died.
