1 Hospitalized After Collision Near Chesterfield Square Park Friday
Los Angeles, CA (November 20, 2021) – A traffic accident involving Los Angeles Police Department officers occurred in the area of 54th Street and Arlington Avenue.
According to My News LA, two vehicles collided at the intersection in Hyde Park Friday evening. Earlier reports mentioned witnesses spotted two LAPD officers at the crash site. However, it remained unclear whether they were driving a marked patrol car.

Emergency teams responded near Chesterfield Square Park shortly after 8:55 p.m. When medical personnel arrive, they immediately attended to all possible victims. The article published online confirmed one person suffered injuries as a result of the wreck. Paramedics reportedly transported the patient to a hospital for treatment and further evaluation. It was not immediately known if the injured party was a civilian or an LAPD officer.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole evening to investigate the precise circumstances that led to the car accident at 54th Street and Arlington Avenue.
