California Highway Patrol said about 2:30 a.m., 29-year-old Chanowk Pendergrass was driving a 2008 GMC Sierra at a high rate of speed south on Llano Road near Doyle Road.
In the process, Pendergrass failed to negotiate a curve, went off the roadway and crashed into a concrete culvert.
The force of the collision sent the pickup to overturn.
As per The Press Democrat, CHP affirmed that Wolfe was extricated from the vehicle. She died at the scene.
The 29-year-old Sebatopol driver was able to get out of his pickup on his own, and was given a field sobriety test which he failed. He was arrested on suspicion of felony drunken driving and manslaughter and transported to Santa Rosa Memorial Hospital with major injuries.
