Child Hospitalized After Collision at Jefferson and Clinton Street
Indio, CA (August 22, 2022) – Three people, including a child, suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred in the area of Jefferson and Clinton Street.
The KESQ News reported two vehicles collided at the intersection in Indio Monday morning. The make and model of the cars involved in the wreck have not been revealed thus far.
3 Injured in Indio Car Crash
Shortly after 8 a.m., rescue teams arrived at the location. Responding paramedics immediately rendered aid to all parties found at the scene. After the evaluation, medical personnel confirmed two adults, and a child all sustained injuries in the crash.
According to the article published online, an ambulance transported the child to Loma Linda University Medical Center; while the two adult patients received treatment at Desert Regional Medical Center. Personal information on the injured parties remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole morning. At this time, investigators continue to work to determine the precise cause of the car accident that happened at Jefferson and Clinton Street in Indio.
