1 Badly Injured in Indio Crash Near Dillon and Fargo Canyon Roads
INDIO, CA (November 24, 2022) – One was badly injured after a car crash near Dillon and Fargo Canyon roads in Indio.
According to the KESQ News and My News LA, the accident took place on Wednesday afternoon. Officers reported the wreck at about 4:10 p.m.
The incident happened on November 23 when two vehicles collided for an unknown reason in Indio. The Riverside County Fire Department said the cars crashed near the intersection of Dillon and Fargo Canyon roads.
2 Vehicles Collide
Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and freed one trapped occupant from the wreckage. The rescued individual sustained moderate injuries as a result of the collision.
Medical personnel then rushed the patient to a hospital for treatment. The reports did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Dillon and Fargo Canyon roads to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the Indio crash is still under investigation.
