Man Hit and Injured by Vehicle on Highway 111 Friday
Indio, CA (October 31, 2021) – On October 29, a pedestrian suffered injuries following a traffic accident that occurred on Highway 111 near Las Palmas.
The KESQ News reported a pickup truck hit an individual on the highway in Indio. Our sources mentioned the collision happened at about 10:15 p.m. Friday.
Pedestrian Hospitalized After Traffic Accident in Indio, October 29
When emergency crews arrived at the crash site, they found the pedestrian with injuries. Paramedics reportedly transported the patient to the hospital for treatment and further evaluation. The name and age of the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.
Meanwhile, the driver involved in the collision appeared unharmed after the incident.
Detectives stayed at the scene the whole night to investigate the case. Officers continue to work at this time to determine several factors surrounding the pedestrian accident on Highway 111 in Indio.
