Injuries Left After Hit-and-run Collision in Hayward on Highway 92
HAYWARD, California (May 4, 2016) – At least one person suffered injuries following a hit and run collision on westbound Highway 92 Wednesday afternoon, according to the California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The accident happened at around 5:57 p.m.
Preliminary record stated that authorities responded to an emergency call requesting for help near Industrial Boulevard on-ramp.
Upon arrival at the scene, they have located a wrecked black Ford SUV.
The authorities mentioned the involvement of another gold Mercedes Benz which fled away from the crash site. This Benz is considered the suspect’s vehicle, as mentioned in the CHP log.
The hit and run smash concluded with at least one party wounded, as noted in the incident description by the CHP team.
The victim was in custody of the authorities. Its identity remained private until families and friends have been notified.
