GARDEN GROVE, California — According to a California Highway Patrol dispatch, a hit-and-run collision left injuries at Gilbert Street and Katella Avenue Saturday afternoon.
The accident was logged at 4:36 p.m. on April 8. Officials said three vehicles were possibly involved in the crash—a red Toyota Corolla, a silver Toyota Corolla, an a gray station wagon.
As per CHP, the multi-car collision caused injuries to at least one person. The identities of the people involved in the accident were not immediately released pending next of kin notification.
Later in the dispatch, authorities mentioned the suspect vehicle was a station wagon. No further details were disclosed on the hit-and-run felon.
The area where the accident took place was closed for more than an hour to give way to the investigation.
