7 Injured in Crash at Modjeska and Irvine Boulevard

IRVINE, CA (October 30, 2022) – Several were injured after a crash at Modjeska and Irvine Boulevard in Irvine.

According to an article published by the KTLA News, the accident took place on Sunday night. Officers reported the wreck at around 8:30 p.m.

The Orange County Fire Authority said two cars collided for an unknown reason in the city. The vehicles crashed at the intersection of Modjeska and Irvine Boulevard.

2 Cars Collide

Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene and freed one trapped occupant from the wreckage. A total of seven people ended up hurt as a result of the collision.

Medical personnel then rushed at least five of the patients for treatment of unspecified injuries. The report did not disclose the names of the wounded parties and their condition at this time.

Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Modjeska and Irvine to shut down following the wreck. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
