IRVINE, California (October 20, 2016) — A motorcyclist and two vehicles were involved in a crash Thursday morning on the southbound Interstate 5 Freeway at the Jamboree Road East on ramp, a California Highway Patrol report said.
The crash took place about 7:54 a.m. this morning between the bike and a black Toyota Tundra pickup truck. The vehicles were near the center divider and the rider went down in the HOV lane of the freeway.
Paramedics were sent to the scene to help those injured in the crash. Police issued a SigAlert due to heavy traffic as lanes were blocked including the HOV and No. 1.
