Hemet Man, 24, Killed in Crash at Markham St. and Indian Ave in Perris
PERRIS, Calif. (Sept. 9, 2021) — Isaiah Eddington, 24, died in a two-vehicle collision at Markham Street and Indian Avenue in Perris.
The collision happened about 9:59 p.m. on Wednesday, September 8th, according to the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies from the Perris station responded to the intersection where they came upon the crash between a 2016 black Chrysler 300 and a 2000 black Honda Accord.
The driver of the Chrysler suffered major injuries in the crash and did at the scene, police said.
Meanwhile, paramedics transported the driver of the Honda to a local hospital for treatment of undisclosed injuries.
Investigators seek to determine if alcohol and or drugs are a factor in this collision.
The Riverside County Sheriff Coroner later identified the victim who died as Isaiah Eddington, 24, of Hemet.
Also, the collision remains under investigation by the Perris Station Traffic Bureau.
