Man, Woman from Glendale, Arizona Killed in California CrashYUCAIPA, California (June 24, 2017) — Ivan Flores, 25, and Cherrelle Malloy, 30, both of Glendale, Arizona, were killed Friday afternoon in a rollover crash on the westbound Interstate 10 Freeway, just east of Live Oak Canyon Road, according to a report by the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
The crash took place about 12:58 p.m. The two victims were ejected from the vehicle as it overturned on the freeway. The California Highway Patrol and paramedics with the fire department responded to help the victims. Unfortunately, the woman died of her injuries at the scene of the crash and the man died at Loma Linda University Medical Center at 1:40 p.m.
The CHP is investigating the collision to determine fault.
