Jacob Muckelrath, 31, Killed in 215 Freeway Crash Near Scott Road
MENIFEE (January 21, 2018) – A 31-year-old man was killed in a Saturday morning accident on the Interstate 215 Freeway, according to Riverside Coroner’s Office.
The collision took place at 5:58 a.m. on the southbound 215 Freeway, approximately a mile south of Scott Road.
As per the report, the victim was involved in an accident which details are still under investigation. He has been identified Jacob Muckelrath, of Winchester.
Medical records indicated that Muckelrath died at Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar around 1:46 p.m.
The press release did not mention if Muckelrath was an occupant in a vehicle involved, a pedestrian or a motorcyclist.
The California Highway Patrol – Temecula is handling the investigation of the tragic incident.
