Man, 58, Killed in 2-Vehicle Crash in Santa Clarita

SANTA CLARITA, Calif. (August 22, 2023) – Jaime Banuelos, 58, was killed Saturday in a two-vehicle crash at Sierra Highway and Soledad Canyon Road in Santa Clarita.

The deadly crash occurred at around 11:26 p.m. on Saturday, August 19th at the Santa Clarita intersection, according to a report by the California Highway Patrol.

Meanwhile, paramedics transported Jaime Banuelos to a hospital due to major injuries from the collision. Unfortunately, he later died at the hospital, according to the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner.

Finally, the circumstances leading up to the crash remain under investigation by the CHP.
