Man, 26, Fatally Struck by Vehicle at Pacific Coast Highway and Lewis Avenue Wednesday
Long Beach, CA (October 7, 2021) – Jaizell Mabin, a 26-year-old man, died following a pedestrian accident that occurred in the area of Pacific Coast Highway and Lewis Avenue.
According to My News LA, a vehicle struck the male party at the busy Long Beach intersection. Officials described the automobile involved in the wreck as a 2009 Honda Pilot.
Deadly Pedestrian Accident in Long Beach, October 6
Medical personnel arrived at the location shortly after 5:50 a.m. Paramedics reportedly performed life-saving measures to the pedestrian, but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died. The authorities identified the deceased as Jaizell Mabin.
Meanwhile, the driver of the Honda appeared unharmed after the collision.
Preliminary investigation revealed the pedestrian was walking outside of a crosswalk when the horrible crash happened. Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to work at this time to determine several factors surrounding the deadly pedestrian accident in Long Beach.
