Sacramento Man Killed Crash at Watt and Osage Avenues
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (November 28, 2022) – Jake Robert King, 33, of Sacramento, died in a crash involving two vehicles on Nov. 12th at Watt Avenue and Osage Avenue in Sacramento.
The California Highway Patrol reported the car accident occurred on Saturday morning about 4:47 a.m. .
Two vehicles crashed head-on due to unknown circumstances, police said. It happened at the intersection of South Watt and Osage avenues.
A white Hyundai Sonata and a white Mercedes sedan were involved in the wreck. Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and located at least one person with major injuries. Jake King died from his injuries following the crash.
Meanwhile, police officers closed the area down for several hours to investigate the collision.
Finally, the cause of the fatal Sacramento crash remains under investigation.
