James Dringenberg, 27, Dead in Police Chase Collision on Workman Mill Road at the Pomona (60) Freeway Wednesday
Industry, CA (June 3, 2021) – A 27-year-old man, James Dringenberg, suffered fatal injuries following a car crash in the area of Workman Mill Road and Pomona (60) Freeway.
On June 2, Wednesday, police officers were called to assist investigators with a regional crime task force. The task force were reportedly following a suspect vehicle.
According to My News LA, the driver of the suspect vehicle failed to stop and led the officers to a chase. At some point, the suspect vehicle collided with a trash truck in the city of Industry. The horrible crash took place at the crossing of Workman Mill Road and the Pomona (60) Freeway.
Fatal Car Accident in Industry, June 2
Emergency teams arrived at the accident scene shortly after 5:30 p.m. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the passenger of the suspect vehicle, later identified as James Dringenberg. Medical personnel performed life-saving measures to the man but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
Authorities mentioned the driver of the suspect vehicle survived the incident with unspecified injuries.
Further investigation on the unfortunate event is underway.
