James Parscal Injured After Rollover Car Accident on I-5 Friday
REDDING, Ca (February 14, 2020) – One person died, and two others suffered injuries following a suspected DUI car crash on the Interstate 5 Freeway early Friday, the KRCR News reported.

Preliminary investigation revealed 22-year-old Jecenia Hedrick was behind the wheel of a 2013 Honda Civic traveling south on the freeway around 1 a.m. Due to the alleged intoxication of Hedrick, she crashed into the rear of a 2006 BMW sedan traveling on the same traffic lane.
The impact caused the BMW to rollover multiple times on the freeway, just north of Lake Boulevard. Officials confirmed the driver of the BMW sadly died as a result of the accident.
Meanwhile, responding paramedics found a passenger with Hedrick in the BMW. A land ambulance rushed 25-year-old James Parscal to a hospital for treatment of major injuries.
DUI Driver Jecenia Hedrick Arrested After Deadly Crash in Redding
Police later arrested Hedrick for felony DUI and manslaughter.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
