James Whiten, 60, Killed in Menifee Crash at Berea and Normandy Roads
MENIFEE, CA (September 12, 2022) – James Whiten was killed after a motorcycle crash at Berea and Normandy roads in Menifee.
Police identified the 60-year-old Menifee man as the victim of the fatal wreck which took place on Saturday afternoon.
The incident happened when James Whiten was riding a Yamaha motorcycle west in the area of Berea and Normandy roads in Menifee. At the same time, a Jeep SUV approached from the opposite direction.
Police said the Jeep initiated a turn at the intersection for an unknown reason. In the process, the car collided with the motorcyclist.

My News LA wrote that the accident occurred on September 10 at about 4 p.m. James Whiten sustained severe injuries as a result of the crash.
Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and then found him down on the ground. They rushed him to the Inland Valley Medical Center in Wildomar, where he soon died.
Meanwhile, police added that the 38-year-old Corona man driving the Jeep ended up unharmed following the collision. He stayed at the site and cooperated with the officers.
