Rider Killed in Collision on Chicken Ranch Road
Jamestown, CA (November 19, 2022) – A motorcyclist died following a traffic crash that occurred in the area of Highway 108 and Chicken Ranch Road Saturday afternoon.
According to My Motherlode News, a man riding a motorcycle attempted to pass a Dodge Ram 1500 truck on at the intersection of the highway and Chicken Ranch Road. Earlier reports indicated the Dodge ended up hitting the motorcyclist. Due to the force from the impact, the rider was ejected from his motorbike.
Fatal Motorcycle Crash on Highway 108 in Jamestown
Emergency crews arrived at the site shortly after 12:30 p.m. First responders found the motorcyclist lying on the ground. Medical personnel immediately rendered aid to the victim. Sadly, the man succumbed to his injuries eventually died. The identity of the personal killed in the crash remained undisclosed pending confirmation and notification of next of kin.
Meanwhile, no immediate information was available on the condition of the driver of the Dodge after the incident.
Investigators continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the deadly crash that happened at Highway 108 and Chicken Ranch Road in Jamestown.
