2-Vehicle Minor Injury Car Accident
JAMESTOWN, Calif. (Sept. 1, 2023) — Two motorists were involved in a head-on crash in Jamestown on Tuesday morning on Highway 108 at Main Street.
The collision occurred around 5:53 a.m. on August 29th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
CHP officials reported Tyson Wright, 45, of Oakdale, was driving his 2019 Ford F-250 pickup truck eastbound on Highway 108. At the same time, Max Wulf, 26, of Tuolumne, was driving westbound in a 2005 Toyota Tacoma pickup truck on Highway 108.
The driver in the Toyota pickup reportedly slowed down to make a left turn into the Kwik Serv parking lot, but pulled in front of the oncoming Ford pickup truck, MyMotherLode reports.
The two vehicles collided in the westbound lane of Highway 108.
Paramedics responded and treated Max Wulf for minor injuries, but it’s unknown if he was take to a hospital or just treated on scene.
Police are investigating the Jamestown crash on Highway 108 and will determine liability.
