Two-Vehicle Crash on US Highway 395 in Jamesville
JANESVILLE, Calif. (Oct. 21, 2022) — A two-vehicle crash on US Highway 395 happened Friday afternoon near Saddleback Lane in Janesville.
The collision occurred about 2:09 p.m. on Oct. 21st, according to the California Highway Patrol. The drivers of a Mercedes and another vehicle are involved, but it’s unknown what led up to the crash.
CHP officials reported two people were trapped in a vehicle that overturned onto its side during the crash. The vehicles blocked the Nos. 1 and 2 northbound lanes.
Paramedics came to help those injured in the crash, but there are no further details.
Tow trucks responded to remove the two vehicles including the Mercedes with major front-end damage.
Investigators are working on the case to determine fault for the Janesville crash.
