Jaquille Thomas, 23, Killed in San Jacinto Crash Near Gilman Springs and Sublette
SAN JACINTO, CA (April 3, 2023) – Jaquille Thomas was killed after a crash at Gilman Springs Road and Sublette Road in San Jacinto.
The coroner’s office identified the 23-year-old San Jacinto man as the victim in the fatal wreck which took place on Saturday.
The incident happened when Jaquille Thomas was riding a vehicle which collided with another in San Jacinto. For an unknown reason, the two crashed near the intersection of Gilman Springs and Sublette roads.
2 Vehicles Collide
My News LA wrote that the collision occurred on April 1 at around 10:50 a.m. Deputies confirmed that Jaquille Thomas died at the scene of the crash.
The Riverside County Fire Department said three more people ended up hurt as a result of the accident. Medical personnel then rushed all three patients to hospitals for treatment of unspecified injuries.
Meanwhile, officers forced the area of Gilman Springs and Sublette roads to shut down for a time following the wreck. The cause of the fatal San Jacinto crash is still under investigation.
