Jassmin Hurtado Fatal Crash Limonite Avenue in Eastvale

Ontario Woman, 26, Killed in 2-Vehicle Collision

EASTVALE, CA (Oct. 3, 2024) — Jassmin Hurtado, 26, of Ontario, died in a two-vehicle crash Wednesday night on Limonite Avenue, near Harrison Avenue in Eastvale.

The collision occurred in the 13800 block of Limonite Avenue, just before 7 p.m. on Oct. 2nd, according to the Riverside County Fire Department.

A Riverside County Sheriff’s Officer witnessed the collision and called 911 for paramedics to respond to the scene.

Despite efforts to save her life, Jassmin Hurtado suffered fatal injuries following the collision.

Two other people involved in the crash had their injuries evaluated but they declined further medical assistance.

The Riverside County Sheriff’s Department is heading up an investigation into the crash and will determine fault.
