Bakersfield Accident Investigation
Police are reviewing all the evidence and will ultimately determine fault for this crash. It appears that the driver in the car may be held responsible as they violated the motorcyclist’s right of way. Other factors could be considered such as speed and or other traffic violations if they were involved.
