Jeffry Lee Tsarnas Hits Pedestrian on Fernbridge Drive

Loleta, CA (April 1, 2021) – On November 27, 2020, 54-year-old Jeff Tsarnas struck a pedestrian on Fernbridge Drive, the Time-Standard News reported.

Our sources indicated Jeff Tsarnas was driving in Loleta on the evening of Tuesday. When the motorist approached the area of Fernbridge Drive and County Road 211, he reportedly hit with his vehicle a female party.

Major Injury Hit-and-Run Crash in Loleta, November 27

Authorities mentioned the female pedestrian suffered major leg injuries as a result of the crash. The name of the victim remained undisclosed pending confirmation.

Preliminary investigation revealed Jeff Tsarnas fled the scene after the collision. However, the hit-and-run suspect apparently turned himself two days following the incident.

On April 1, a Humboldt County jury found Jeffry Lee Tsarnas guilty of felony hit-and-run causing serious injuries. Officials scheduled the sentencing of Jeffry Lee Tsarnas on April 26, 2021.
