Jennell Davies, 39, Fatally Struck
LOCATION: Santa Rosa
DATE OF COLLISION: Tuesday, October 23rd
October 24, 2018- According to the Press Democrat, a deadly pedestrian versus auto collision left a woman fatally injured last night at the intersection of Stony Point and Occidental roads.
At precisely 9:49 p.m., Santa Rosa authorities were dispatched to the scene of the collision where they found a middle-aged woman lying face down in the right northbound lane of Stony Point Road.
Paramedics were dispatched to the scene where they provided life-saving CPR measures on the victim who tragically was pronounced dead at the scene.
She was later identified as Jennell Marie Davies, 39, of Santa Rosa.
Per the Press-Democrat, the motorist involved had been driving a truck. He was identified as Jose Manuel Canseco-Moreno, 26, of Santa Rosa.
Authorities do not suspect alcohol or drugs to have been a contributing factor, however, the investigation is ongoing being performed by the Santa Rosa Police Department.
