Passenger Killed in 2-Vehicle Car Accident
RIVERSIDE COUNTY, Calif. (Nov. 30, 2023) — Jeremy Decorah, 29, died in a crash Nov. 19th at Gold Street and Indio Boulevard in Riverside County.
The two-vehicle crash occurred at around 5 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 19th, according to a press release by the Riverside County Sheriff-Coroner.
It’s unknown at this time what led up to the two motorists colliding at the Indio intersection, but alcohol did not appear to be a factor, police said.
The Indio man was a passenger riding in one of the vehicles and sustained major injuries. Firefighters responded and extricated him from the vehicle before he was transported to JFK Memorial Hospital. He later died at the hospital.
Both of the drivers sustained minor injuries in the collision.
