Pedestrian Killed in Arden-Arcade Crash is Identified
ARDEN-ARCADE, Calif. (June 7, 2021) – Jeremy Perkins, 42, died Saturday night in a pedestrian accident at Arden Way and Howe Avenue in Arden-Arcade.
The fatal collision happened just after 10 p.m. on Saturday, June 5th, according to the California Highway Patrol.
Police stated a vehicle drove through the Arden-Arcade intersection. Additionally, the driver struck Jeremy Perkins at the intersection of Arden Way and Howe Avenue.

Firefighters and paramedics arrived at the scene near Alta Alden Expressway and Exposition Boulevard. Upon their arrival, they confirmed the death of the victim due to major blunt force trauma.
The Sacramento County Sheriff Coroner released the man’s name on its website. Meanwhile, police did not mention if the motorist stopped and cooperated with authorities.
Police officials closed down the intersection following the collision to investigate the death of Jeremy Perkins. Finally, the cause of the fatal Arden-Arcade pedestrian accident remains under investigation.
