Jessica Williams, 31, Injured in Westmont Crash at Vermont Avenue and 94th Street
WESTMONT, CA (October 8, 2021) – Jessica Williams was hospitalized after a car crash at Vermont Avenue and 94th Street in Westmont.
The California Highway Patrol identified the 31-year-old woman as the victim of the accident which occurred on Friday afternoon.
The incident happened when Jessica Williams was riding one of the two vehicles which collided Westmont. The wreck took place at the intersection of South Vermont Avenue and West 94th Street.
2 Vehicles Collide
Officers reported the collision at about 11:40 a.m. Firefighters along with the paramedics soon arrived at the scene near a preparatory school.
Jessica Williams sustained unspecified injuries as a result of the crash. Medical personnel then took her to a hospital for treatment.
Meanwhile, CHP described one of the cars involved as a gray colored Honda. Officers forced the area of Vermont Avenue and 94th Street to shut down following the wreck.
Authorities are still determining the cause of the Westmont collision.
