Jesus Armando Chavez, 29, Fatal Victim in Collision at Victoria Street and 3rd Avenue Tuesday
San Bernardino, CA (May 5, 2021) – 29-year-old Jesus Armando Chavez died following an ATV accident in the area of Victoria Street and 3rd Avenue Tuesday evening.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department reported Jesus Chavez was operating an off-road ATV in San Bernardino. When the ATV approached the intersection at Victoria and 3rd, the off-road vehicle crashed for an unknown reason.

The force from the impact ejected Jesus Chavez from the ATV. Shortly after 9:50 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the site and found the driver unconscious. Paramedics performed life-saving measures to the victim but he sadly succumbed to his injuries and died at the scene.
Meanwhile, officials mentioned there was one passenger riding the ATV when the crash happened. No immediate information was available on the passenger after the unfortunate event.
Investigators handling the case continue to work at this time to determine the precise cause of the fatal ATV accident in San Bernardino.
