Truck Driver Dies After Collision on Near Milliken Avenue Tuesday
Jurupa Valley, CA (October 20, 2021) – Jesus Meno, a 76-year-old Norwalk resident, suffered fatal injuries following a truck accident that occurred on Pomona (60) Freeway.
On October 19, Tuesday, Jesus Meno was behind the wheel of a box truck traveling on the freeway in Jurupa Valley. According to My News LA, the driver allowed the truck to slam into the back of a tractor-trailer. The horrible crash took place between Milliken Avenue and the Interstate 15 interchange.

Medical personnel arrived at the location shortly after 12:45. Responding paramedics performed life-saving measures to Jesus Meno but he sadly succumbed to his injuries. The truck driver died six minutes after the collision.
Meanwhile, a caltrans and hazardous materials crews spent over two hours clearing the spilled fuel.
Detectives assigned to handle the case continue to investigate exactly how and why the truck accident in Jurupa Valley happened.
