As water related activities such as boating continue to rise, accidents become more prevalent throughout California. While the use of personal watercraft and boats can be enjoyable and fun, it can also be very dangerous if not handled with extreme care and caution.
Boating accidents occur on waterways for a wide range of reasons, such operator error, excessive speed for weather or water conditions, and failure to abide by maritime navigation rules. These may cause accidents which often end with minor to major injury, or even death.
