Moreno Valley Fatality Investigation
Police are attempting to piece together what led to this deadly collision and who was at fault. There are no specific details provided in the report about what led to the crash, but alcohol and or drugs are not suspected. Many questions remain unanswered. There is no marked crosswalk across busy Ironwood Avenue, but there are crosswalks for Tuscola Street. A pedestrian may cross at an unmarked intersection when it is safe to do so and motorists are required under California law to yield the right-of-way to that person.
If you or a loved one have been hurt in a collision, it’s advisable that you seek out a qualified personal injury attorney for help. In the case of a wrongful death case, a family member would have legal grounds to file a claim to recover monetary losses. An attorney can identify all liable parties including government entities who oversee the design and safety of roadways and intersections.
Our sincere condolences go out to the family of Mr. Rose at this difficult time.
