1 Killed in DUI Collision Near Halloran Springs Road
Baker, CA (March 31, 2022) – Police arrested 31-year-old Johnathan Pryor in relation with a deadly car accident that occurred on the Interstate 15 Freeway.
According to the Daily Press, Pryor was driving a Dodge Charger on the freeway northeast of Baker on March 26. Earlier reports indicated the Charger crashed into the back of a Chevrolet Tahoe in the area near Halloran Springs Road. Due to the force from the impact, the Tahoe overturned and rolled over across the median separating the southbound and northbound lanes of I-15.
The article published online mentioned the driver of the Tahoe sadly died as a result of the wreck.

Meanwhile, responding officers performed a DUI evaluation on Pryor. After the police received the initial results of the investigation, they arrested Johnathan Pryor. Deputies took the man into custody on suspicion of gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated; and DUI causing bodily injury.
The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department said the suspect remained held in jail in lieu of $250,000 bail.
Further investigation on the case is ongoing.
