Johnny Enriquez, 19, Killed After Car and Truck Accident on Highway 46 Near Rowlee Road
DATE OF COLLISION: Saturday, September 29th
September 30, 2018 – At least one person was killed in a traffic collision Saturday evening on Highway 46, according to ABC News and Bakersfield Now.
Primary reports indicated a car and a semi truck collided, for reasons still under investigation, on the part of the highway near Rowlee Road.
Deadly Car and Truck Crash Saturday in Wasco
Shortly after 5:30 p.m., emergency crews arrived at the location and rendered aid to the parties involved. As per the article, the crash left one person dead.
On Monday, Kern County coroner’s office identified the deceased as 19-year-old Johnny Enriquez.
Officials have not given information on any other injuries in the crash.
The detectives handling the case continue to work to determine exactly how and why the crash happened.
