Chino Man, 43, Killed in Ontario Car Accident
ONTARIO, Calif. (July 18, 2023) — Jose Alberto Garcia Corrales, 43, of Chino, died in a fatal Ontario crash at Walker Avenue and Schaefer Avenue.
The collision occurred around 3:42 p.m. on Saturday, July 15th, according to a press release by the San Bernardino County Sheriff-Coroner.
The Ontario Police Department and paramedics responded to the traffic collision at the Ontario intersection. The report did not mention how many vehicles were involved in the accident.
A passenger, who was identified as Jose Corrales, was transported by ambulance to Kaiser Foundation Hospital Ontario where he later died from his injuries.
Meanwhile, investigators with the Ontario Police Department are heading up the investigation.
The case remains under investigation to determine liability.
