
Jose Torres Rosales ID’d as Suspect in Madera DUI Crash at Yosemite and Tozer
MADERA, CA (March 6, 2023) – Authorities detained Jose Torres Rosales after a DUI crash at Yosemite Avenue and Tozer Street in Madera.
The FOX 26 News and Your Central Valley wrote that the man was heavily intoxicated when the wreck took place on Saturday.
The incident began when Jose Torres Rosales was driving in the area of Yosemite Avenue and Tozer Street in Madera. Police said he then slammed into another car at the intersection.
1 Injured in Wreck
The accident occurred in the evening of March 4. Firefighters along with the paramedics arrived at the scene and found the other driver hurt.
The victim sustained minor injuries as a result of the collision. Medical personnel evaluated and provided treatment to the patient at the site.
The reports did not disclose the name of the wounded party and their condition at this time. Meanwhile, CHP arrested Jose Torres Rosales on suspicion of felony charges of DUI.
Officers soon booked the suspect, who was twice the legal limit, at the Madera County Jail. The Madera DUI crash is still under investigation.
