Joseph Anthony Herbert Bistany ID”d as Driver Killed in Rosamond Crash
ROSAMOND, Calif. (July 2, 2018) — Joseph Anthony Herbert Bistany, 28, of Tehachapi, died in a collision with a truck Sunday night on Tehachapi Willow Springs Road, south of Oak Creek Road, in Rosamond, according to Bakersfield Now.
The crash was reported about 6:40 p.m. on Sunday, July 1, 2018. Bistany. The two vehicles were traveling in opposite directions when they collided. Bistany, who was driving a 1999 Toyota Corolla, collided with a truck occupied by a driver and two passengers. He died at the scene of the crash. The truck driver suffered moderate injuries and was hospitalized. Two passengers in the pickup suffered minor injuries.
The California Highway Patrol is investigating.
