Yolo County Accident Investigation
A full investigation into what caused this collision is underway.
We extend our condolences to the family of Joseph Cool as they cope with this tragic news.
There are many steps that should be taken following a collision involving a possible wrongful death. Once police confirm the whether or not the driver is responsible for the crash, a police report must be obtained and family members will use this information to begin pursing a claim. There are certainly many financial losses that can impact a family such as medical bills, but also compensation for pain and suffering may be sought.
