2 Killed in Head-On Crash at Domenigoni and Patterson
WINCHESTER (July 24, 2018) – Joseph Perry, 82, of Hemet, and Lorraine Johansen, 82, of Menifee, died in a traffic collision at Domenigoni Parkway and Patterson Avenue on Tuesday night, according to Riverside County Sheriff Coroner.
Johansen was identified last week, but Perry was just identified over the weekend.
The collision was reported about 8:56 p.m. The Riverside County Fire Department said two vehicles collided head-on at the intersection of Domenigoni Parkway and Patterson Avenue. Perry died of his injuries at the scene of the crash about 9:08 a.m.
Paramedics responded and transported Johansen to Menifee Valley Medical Center where she later died at 9:49 p.m.

At this time, the cause of this collision remains under investigation.
