Joshua Gutierrez, 27, Killed in Fontana Industrial Accident
FONTANA, Calif. (July 27, 2018) — Joshua Aaron Gutierrez, 27, of Apple Valley died in an industrial accident in the Wednesday afternoon in the 11000 block of Calabash Avenue, according to a report by the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
The incident was reported about 3:14 p.m. after Gutierrez was found with trauma to his body, the coroner said. The Fontana Police Department responded to the scene with paramedics, but sadly he died of his injuries about 3:23 p.m.
The cause of the incident and liability is under investigation by the San Bernardino County District Attorney’s Office, Cal-OSHA, and the Fontana Police Department.
