VIDAL, California (October 28, 2014) – Judith Ann Hernandez, 75, of Kingman, Arizona died Monday night in a head-on crash with a semi-tractor trailer truck on the US Highway 95, just south of mile marker 20, according to a press release by the San Bernardino County Sheriff Coroner.
Hernandez was the front seat passenger in a 2011 Ford Fusion sedan which was driving northbound on Highway 95 when the driver of the car attempted to pass a northbound big rig truck and was hit head-on by a southbound big rig truck.
Hernandez died at the scene of the crash and CHP officers are heading up an investigation.
